Depending on your physical requirements, either stop in the parking lot and climb to the top of the hill or take a cable car from Horní Hanychov. Either way, you will be rewarded with panoramic views into the countryside of three countries: Poland, Germany and Czechia.

Continue to a traditional Bohemian glassblowing factory. End your tour back in nature — visit the beautiful Mumlava waterfall, located in Krkonoše National Park. Reaching up to 12 meters in height, this is one of the tallest in the Czech Republic. This waterfall is breath taking all year round: in springtime, its flow reaches the peak; during wintertime, the water freezes and it turns into a stunning icefall. My guide Marek was able to go into specific detail on everything about Ještěd. From there we made are way down to the glass blowing factory and saw every step of the process. Marek was able to go into detail with every step of the process which was amazing. After getting lunch there, we made are way out to the waterfall to capture some astonishing pictures.          I would highly recommend this trip if your visiting the area.

We were fortunate to book the Christmas tour with glass blowing experience and have Marek as our guide. He is a well-travelled and very knowledgeable guide about his country. The tour itself was magical, so interesting and a great way to see something outside the city of Prague. I would highly recommend Marek and his company - we would not hesitate to get in touch with him should we return to the Czech Republic.
